Squadron 42 - Sophia Kelly

Kelly is a character I worked on for Squadron 42. I worked on the head and hair for this character.

The head is a scan of an actor. The scan geometry and maps were provided by a third party vendor.

My work on the head was to look dev and finish it. For this head most of my work was on polishing the textures and working on the eyes and eye assembly.

The biggest task I had with this character was creating the hair. Kelly’s hair was one of the first hair grooms I did and it looks a bit simple to me now. The hair was done with hair cards and groomed with our in house hair tool. The eyelashes and brows are geometry from XGen.

This asset was done around fall 2019.
